The Water Festival is a fun hands-on event that promotes water awareness and education that
can lead to understanding of the regional water resources and how to help protect them
through conservation and pollution prevention, by inspiring thoughtful and proactive
stewardship throughout the community.
The JDE students, who are second graders in the Gifted and Talented program, presented
what they are learning by demonstrating “How Clouds Form” to students from El Paso ISD.
